Location

Finca Timonera is a fantastic holiday home between Cala Sant Vicenç and Pollensa. The coastal town of Cala Sant Vicenç is only about 2 kilometres away. This picturesque coastal town has three sandy beaches and beautiful coves and several restaurants overlooking the sea. The crystal-clear water is a paradise for divers and snorkelling fans.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is around 6 kilometres away and has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

The area around Sant Vicenç and Pollensa with its challenging mountain routes is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Facilities

Finca Timonera near Cala San Vicenç offers complete privacy and breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains. The finca has a traditional Mallorcan style and is comfortably furnished. The living room is bright and offers comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with entertainment system, including satellite and DVD player. It has large patio doors leading out onto the side terrace with wonderful views of the mountains, the beautiful garden and the pool. Adjacent to the living room is a dining room. Next to it is the fully equipped, separate kitchen and a utility room.

Finca Timonera has three spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom and a marvellous view of the garden. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning.

On the house level there is a partially covered terrace with BBQ grill, dining table and lounge area. The pool is surrounded by lawn and offers a sun terrace where you can relax in the shade of the large trees.

Pricelist

From 28.06.2025 until 05.09.2025 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible.
Final cleaning is included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
