Location

Finca Torres is located between Pollensa and Alcúdia and very close to the Pollença golf course. The centre of Pollensa can be reached in just a few minutes. Pollensa is one of the most beautiful towns on the island with an enchanting old town and an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long promenade with magnificent views of the Bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the bay of Pollensa, which is one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

In the opposite direction, you can reach Alcúdia in just a few minutes by car. This small town offers a very beautiful, historic town centre with a pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The associated harbour Puerto Alcúdia offers a colourful range of leisure activities and varied nightlife, as well as a variety of restaurants from exclusive to family-friendly on the harbour promenade. The almost 7 kilometre long sandy beach in the bay of Alcudia is fine sandy and slopes gently into the sea. Water rats will find a wide range of water sports on offer here and surfers and kite surfers will find a rewarding spot!

Facilities

Finca Torres is a country house in traditional Mallorcan style. The terrace leads into a combined living/dining room with a decorative wood-burning stove, traditional furniture, comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. An archway leads into the adjoining kitchen with breakfast table, views of the neighbouring orchard and patio doors to the rear terrace. The finca has one bedroom with a double bed and patio doors to the front terrace and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The 3 bedrooms have plenty of storage space, are all equipped with a wardrobe and share two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning h/c, which runs on a timer. (Operating times: 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00).

Exterior

Finca Torres has a beautiful outdoor area with many possibilities. There is a large pool surrounded by palm trees, a sun terrace and lawn. There are several lovely seating areas under the terraces and a vine-covered pergola. A highlight is the summer kitchen at the side of the garden with a brick barbecue, a sink, a worktop and a table and chairs. There is also a toilet and a laundry room. There is also a table tennis table and plenty of parking spaces for hire cars.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible outside the main season.
Final cleaning is included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
