Location

Finca Vinyol is located between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa in a rural area.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is approximately 4.5 kilometres away and has a long promenade with stunning views of Pollensa Bay and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit every taste and budget. The long sandy beach offers good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sun lounger hire. The shallow entry makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

Pollensa is one of the most beautiful towns on the island, with a charming old town and an extensive pedestrian zone with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, and during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life unfold in one of the cafés on the central Plaza Mayor.

The area around Pollensa is equally popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike for its challenging mountain routes. Everyone can find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses to choose from in the surrounding area. A wide range of water sports is available in Pollensa Bay, which is one of the most beautiful areas for surfers and sailors.

Facilities

Villa Vinyol is a classic-style holiday home with 3 bedrooms, a large pool and a garden with mountain views. The living room is spacious and bright, with comfortable seating, a decorative wood-burning stove and a table and chairs. The adjoining kitchen has a small breakfast table and is fully equipped. From here you can access the utility room, which leads to the terrace.

The finca has 3 bedrooms, which share two bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning with fixed operating hours (5.30 pm to 7.30 pm and 10 pm to 9 am).

Pricelist

From 27.06.2026 until 04.09.2026 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

The minimum stay is one week, but individual days can be added outside the season.
Final cleaning is included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
