Location

Villa Botana is a modern holiday home in the heart of Cala Sant Vicenc and at only about 300 metres distance from the Cala Molins beach and its fancy restaurants. A couple of small shops and cafés are also in walking distance. The house is located in a quiet residential area and offers nice views of the surrounding mountains. The romantic seaside village is at approx. 6 kilometres distance to Pollensa and has three sandy beaches and some nice little coves. The crystal clear waters are paradise for snorkelers and divers. There is a small shop in walking distance to shop for the daily groceries and a couple of very nice restaurants overlooking the sea.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Villa Botana is a well maintained holiday home with a nice garden. The house presents a mix of modern and traditional elements and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The kitchen is large and fully fitted and open towards the dining area. The kitchen/dining room have access to the pool terrace, which is towards the back of the house.

Pricelist

From 28.06.2025 until 05.09.2025 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
