Location

The village house Pomard is located in the picturesque village Consell at only a few kilometres from the Tramontana mountain range. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is only a 25 minutes drive away. Consell and the neighbour village Binissalem offer various well-known wineyards & bodegas, some of which are open to visitors. Consell itself offers all necessary shopping facilities and a couple of restaurants. The beaches of Palma and also the Alcúdia bay are within 25 to 30 minutes reach by car. Due to its central location and the proximity to the mountains, Consell is an ideal starting point to discover the island or an active holiday with attractive cycling and hiking routes nearby.

Facilities

The village house Pomard is a lovingly renovated holiday home with upmarket fixtures and fittings. The house has been lovingly decorated combining modern and traditional elements to achieve a welcoming and fresh ambience.

On the ground floor there are the modern, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and access to the garden and pool area, a combined living and dining area and one double bedroom as well as a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor there are two more double bedrooms sharing one bathroom with bathtub and a walk-in shower.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.

Pricelist

Arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, additional days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
