Town house Santana is located in the middle of the beautiful old town of Pollensa, just a few metres away from the pedestrian zone. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicens and the sophisticated Pollensa golf course are less thant 10 minutes drive away. Casa Segui is ideal for travellers who want to be in a beautiful small town with quick access to mountains and the sea and who enjoy to discover the island on their own.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. The house has a garage to store bicycles or motor bikes. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Villa Santana is a tastefully furnished town house which has been lovingly renovated to very high standards.

The ground floor is distributed into a living room, a dining room overlooking the backyard and the pool and a modern, fully fitted kitchen.

On the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, sharing one full bathroom, and a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite.

The master bedroom is on the top floor and offers a bathroom en-suite and a small dressing room.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning w/c.

Arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, additional days can be added.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
