Located very tranquil in the terraced village of Banyalbufar, that idyllically nestles at the seaside of the Tramuntana mountains and which is said to be one of the most romantic spots along the legendary coast road C-710. Restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are within only 3 walking minutes. A small sandy beach is within 10 walking minutes. This hotel is a pefect starting point for extended hiking trips in the fascinating Tramuntana mountains and as well a perfect location for those who are looking for tranquility, those who want to experience the typical Mallorca. Palma, the vivid capital, is 25 km away, and you can also go there by bus.

Facilities
The friendly owners couple has thouroughly and intensively restored the 15th century-estate and transformed it into a nice little gem. 5 double rooms, one junior suite, and two duplex suites with a marvellous sea-view are available, all very coloured, lovely and individually designed. There are shell curtains and shell lamps, that decorate the room "Mar", which is all kept in blue. Warm orange colour and a stone wall you find in the room "Bancal", the suites "Sol" and "Luna" are decorated with sun and moon paintings. In the large bathrooms there are showers and bath-tubes ("Sol" and "Luna" both have a Jacuzzi), SAT-TV, safe and hair-dryers are part of the accomodation. Besides the comprehensive breakfast (including eggs of the house's hens) Penny on request cooks a dinner menu with Mediterranean-Majorcan dishes, that is served in the restaurant. Free parking is available.
Exterior
In the centre of the village, but very tranquil located, one feels very comfortable with Penny (an Italian-Dutch-Spanish lady) and her Majorcan husband. It's nice to sit in the patio full of flowers, during the colder season in the cosy "red" lounge with open fire place, playing chess or enjoying a glass of tasteful Majorcan wine...
