The Jordi townhouse is centrally located in the beautiful old town of Pollensa, just a stone’s throw from the pedestrianised area and the main market square. The narrow streets are home to a colourful array of shops, boutiques, cafés and restaurants, all within walking distance. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenc, as well as the challenging Pollensa golf course, are less than a 10-minute drive away. The Herrera townhouse is ideal for travellers who enjoy holidaying in an urban setting without being far from the beach and mountains, and who wish to explore the island at their own pace.

A hire car is not strictly necessary here. There are good bus connections to Puerto Pollensa harbour and Cala Sant Vicente.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike thanks to its challenging mountain routes. Everyone can find their favourite route here. There is a garage at the house for bicycles and motorbikes. Golfers have several courses to choose from in the surrounding area. A wide range of water sports is available in Pollensa Bay, which is considered one of the most beautiful spots for surfers and sailors.

Facilities

The Jordi townhouse has been extensively renovated and converted, offering guests the chance to experience a completely different, urban side of Mallorca. The house is situated in the historic centre of Pollensa, in a small alleyway, and comprises two floors.

The entrance leads into a spacious living area with comfortable sofas, a dining table and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen, which adjoins the living area, is modern and well-equipped. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.

The first floor comprises the bedrooms, a further small living room and the second bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, whilst the other two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds.

The Jordi townhouse is ideal for discerning travellers who enjoy holidaying in an urban setting without being far from the beach and mountains, and who wish to explore the island at their own pace.

The house has a garage for bicycles. Air conditioning is available from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am.

The minimum stay is one week, but individual extra days are possible.
Cleaning and linen changes are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
