Villa Cassandra is located in Port d'Alcúdia at only about 800 metres walking distance to the beach. Shopping facilities, restaurant and other amenities are all in easy walking distance. A rental car is not required. Port d'Alcúdia offers everything necessary for a family holiday: leisure activities, nightlife, restaurants for every budget and a superb beach.

Alcúdia town is about 5 kilometres away and offers a fantastic, medieval old town with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and nice shops and boutiques.

Facilities

Villa Cassandra has been recently renovated and newly furnished. It is a welcoming, colourful home and enjoys a lot of daylight throughout. All on one floor, the house comprises of an ample living area, a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has a bathroom en-suite and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom. All bedrooms and the living area are fitted with air-conditioning running on a timer from 14:00 pm to 16:00 pm and from 20:00 pm to 08:00 am.

There is a sofa-bed in the lounge, which is available on request to sleep a 5th person.
