Location

The holiday home Estepa is at only 1.5 kilometres distance to the popular Es Trenc beach and the yacht club Sa Rápita. The fine sandy beach stretches over several kilometres and offers turquoise, crystal clear waters as well as some fine beach bars with sunshade and lounge rental.

The closest seaside resorts are Sa Rápita and Colonia Sant Jordi. Sa Rápita has a nice little harbour with a popular restaurant overlooking the beach and the sea and some excellent fish and seafood restaurants along the seaside promenade. Colonia Sant Jordi is very well adapted for families and offers a picturesque port and no less than 3 beaches. Alongside the port are some nice restaurants and cafés overlooking the beach and the boats.

The village of Campos is in a short travelling distance by car and offers a nice town centre with shopping facilities, boutiques, coffee shops and bars with traditional Mallorcan cuisine as well as some fine dining restaurants specialising in local and international cuisine. Every Saturday there is a large market with local produce, flee market, antiques and souvenirs. The area around Campos is rural and there is a lot of agriculture.

The holiday home Estepa is designed on one level and offers a large living/dining room with access to the large terrace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with pantry, two bedrooms sharing one bathroom and a master bedroom with bathroom en-suite. There is a third bathroom adjoining the garage - ideal for a quick shower after the beach. Air-conditioning is available throughout the house.

The holiday home Estepa is located on a flat, fully fenced plot of land with a Mediterranean garden. The large veranda is overlooking the pool and is fitted with lounge furniture and a dining table. Sun beds, umbrellas and a Weber BBQ grill are provided.

Pricelist

Minimum stay is one week, additional days can be added.
The final cleaning is charged at € 250, payable in cash on arrival.
A deposit of 500 € will be asked for on arrival and will be returned on departure.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
