Villa Hortensia is overlooking the Yacht harbour of Cala d'Or and offers beautiful views. It is the perfect location for guests, who don't want to depend on a car. Beaches, shopping facilities and restaurants are all in easy walking distance (less than 5 minutes by foot). To get from one part of Cala d'Or to the other, there is a small "train" shuttle available all day. The Vall d'Or golf course, the picturesque fishermen's village of Portocolom and the Cala Mondragó beach are all in a few minutes driving distance by car.

Facilities

Villa Hortensia ist a modern, two storey house with comfortable interiors. The main living area is on the first floor and offers spectacular views of the yacht harbour. It offers a large living room, one dining room with access to the terrace, a large, fully fitted kitchen and one bathroom with a shower.

The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor. There are 3 twin bedrooms and one bedroom with a double bed. Each bedroom has access to the pool terrace.

Air-conditioning in all bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and the covered terrace.

There is a small flat on the top floor, which is occasionally used by the owner. At no times does he use the outdoor area or the pool. Privacy is guaranteed.

From 29.06.2024 until 31.08.2024 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Prices & availability 2025 on request.

Minimum stay is one week, extra days can be added.
Towel change once per week and final cleaning are included in the price.
Linen change and a light intermediate cleaning is included for bookings of 2 weeks and more.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.

• Children are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available free on request. Further cots are added for each additional infant and will charged with 7,00 €/night.
