Facilities

Villa Martina is a beautiful semi-detached house spread over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining room with access to the pool area. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and access to the covered terrace, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a bathroom, and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to a beautiful terrace with breathtaking sea views. On the second floor is the fifth bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite shower room and a private terrace with fantastic sea views.

The minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
One change of bed linen, one change of towels and a light interim cleaning are included for stays of two weeks or more.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
