The village on the Southeast coast offers a lot of variety, 7 beaches, sports facilities, a pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants and an elegant yacht harbour. The genuine fishermen's village of Porto Petro is in about 10 minutes distance by car and within five more minutes one arrives in Cala Mondrago with its fine sandy beaches and turquoise waters.

Facilities

Villa Mestral is a modern holiday home, which has been tastefully furnished to very high standards. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living/dining area with a fully-fitted, modern kitchen. Two bedrooms, both with bathrooms en-suite, area also on the ground floor. The first floor offers two more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a double bed and a bathroom en-suite as well as a private terrace with sea views. The fourth bedroom is fitted with twin beds and has also a modern bathroom en-suite.

Pricelist

From 01.07.2024 until 01.09.2024 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week. Individual days can be added.
Final cleaning and towel change once per week are included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks there is also a linen change and light cleaning included in the price.
On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 300 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.

• Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. For any additional infant a cot is obligatory and will be charged with 7,00 € per night.
• No pets please.
