Location

Villa Rocat is located in a quiet area at the borders of Cala Sant Vicenç. Shopping facilities, the beach and the restaurants of the holiday resort are in easy walking distance.

Cala Sant Vicenç was originally a small fishing village, which has turned into a pretty and very relaxed holiday resorts over the years. The village is at approx. 6 kilometres distance to Pollensa and has two sandy beaches and some nice little coves. The crystal clear waters are paradise for snorkelers and divers. There is a small shop in walking distance to shop for the daily groceries and a couple of very nice restaurants overlooking the sea.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Facilities

Villa Rocat is a recently constructed holiday home with elegant, upmarket interiors. The villa has two floors and several terraces and balconies.

On the ground floor there are a grand living/dining area with fireplace and access to the pool terrace, a modern, fully fitted kitchen, also with a side door to the terrace and a twin bedroom with bathroom en-suite.

On the first floor there is an ample master bedroom with double bed, dressing area, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and corner bath. There is a side door to the upper sun terrace with views to the mountains. A further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower completes the upper floor.

Air-conditioning in all bedrooms, running on a timer for about 6 hours daily.

Villa Rocat offers several terraces. On the pool level there is a grand, covered terrace with a dining table. The sun terrace is fitted with comfortable sun loungers. There are various seating areas spread across the property to enjoy the very special and beautiful ambience. The first floor terrace offers splendid views of the countryside and the mountains. Next to the terrace there is the BBQ area and there is also a table tennis table provided.

Pricelist

From 01.07.2023 until 25.08.2023 the arrival / departure is only possible on Saturdays

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added off season.
Cleaning and linen change are included in the price.

All prices exclude the "Ecotasa" (eco tax), which will apply from 1 July 2016. This is 2,20 € (2,00 € + 10% VAT) per person from 16 years per night.
