The village house Artista is located in the centre of the mountain village Caimari in the Tramuntana mountains. Caimari is a small, picturesque village between the centre and the Northeast of the island. The village is an ideal base to explore the island, to go hiking in the Tramuntana mountains or on one of the most challenging cycling tours via Lluc to Sóller.

Finca Alcira is located in the urbanization Sa Coma de Bunyola at only 13 kilometres distance to the old town of Palma. This area is ideal for hiking and cycling tours and there are various horse riding centres nearby. At only 2 kilometres distance is the village of Palmanyola which offers a variety of shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés. The picturesque mountain village Bunyola is a short drive away and has access to the train to Soller. Finca Alcira is an ideal base to explore the island. The Tramuntana mountain range, the West coast, the centre of the island and the beautiful town of Palma are all in easy travelling distance.

Finca Portico is located in picturesque Pòrtol, a small village where you can still experience authentic Mallorca. The lively island metropolis of Palma is only about 20 minutes away. The village is known above all for its rich pottery tradition, which dates back to the 13th century. The village is just a short walk away and offers excellent bars, restaurants and shops. You can enjoy the best of both worlds around the market square: Seclusion and vibrant local culture. In Pòrtol there are 5 bars/restaurants, a butcher, a bakery, a supermarket and a bank. A well-stocked supermarket is only approx. 1.5 km from the finca. Despite its rural location, Pòrtol offers good connections to modern amenities such as the nearby Festival Park Marratxí with its outlet stores, restaurants and leisure facilities. Cyclists will find a well-developed network of paths. Several golf courses and the island's most beautiful beaches are within easy reach by car. Pòrtol is ideal for visitors looking for authentic Mallorcan village life, traditional crafts and a tranquil atmosphere away from the tourist hotspots, while still enjoying the benefits of being close to the capital Palma.
