The finca is located within the popular vinyards around Felanitx in the southeast of the island. This truly beautiful farmhouse is set in the totally tranquil area of Son Negre near Cas Concos and Felanitx. The unique peace may only be broken by passing sheep or goats. The stunning views on a clear day stretch right across the open majorcan plainlands to the distant Tramuntana Mountains.

You will find Casa Dunja in a small side street at about 90 meters distance from the port, restaurants and shopping facilities. The seaside promenade offers some fine dining restaurants, bars and cafés. The fine sandy beach Cala Marcal is at only 1,8 kilometres distance and offers crystal clear waters and good infrastructure with sunbed hire and cafés and restaurants in walking distance. The village Porto Colom is famous for the picturesque harbour and its old town. There are a number of beaches in short driving distance. The popular Vall d'Or golf course offers fabulous views and demanding greens and is within 5 kilometres reach.

The country hotel is located at about 3 kilometres distance from Felanitx in the South-east of the island of Mallorca. It is set on a large plot of land with olive, citrus, almond and pomegranate trees. Felanitx is a traditional Mallorcan small town and offers shopping facilities and a large pedestrian zone with cafés and restaurants. The seaside resorts Cala d'Or and Portocolom are within 17 kilometres driving distance. Both offer various beaches, restaurants and leisure activities.
